Refund policy

Our hair and products are carefully inspected and maintenance before our valued customer's purchase.  If the hair does not meet our standards, we will exchange unworn/unused, hair/wigs within 10 business days of the customer receiving the product(s).  The product must be shipped/returned, or hand exchanged locally within a 3 to 5 business day period by customer.  Any hair, bundles or wigs worn cannot be exchanged.  Please carefully review all descriptions, sizes and colors before completing your purchase.
