Refund policy

All hair products, wigs, and hair enhancements are carefully inspected prior to shipment or pickup to ensure quality standards are met. 

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. However, exchanges may be approved within 10 business days of delivery for unworn, unused items that do not meet quality expectations.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned within 3–5 business days after approval and must remain unaltered, unworn, odor-free, and in its original condition.

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, worn wigs, hair bundles, custom units, and used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
