WIG AND PRODUCT POLICIES

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

Due to the custom nature of wigs, partial pieces, and hair products, all sales are final.

Please read all wig units/ partial units and styling products descriptions 

Our primary shipping carrier is USPS

We specialize in custom wig units, frontal units, closure units, and luxury hair enhancements.

All wig and partial piece orders are shipped unless installation services are booked separately.

If you are interested in getting your unit installed, I recommend you contact a professional cosmetologist.

Professional wig installation services are also available in the Charlotte/Concord area by appointment.

CARE  INSTRUCTIONS:

For your ReChic Hair Unit or Partial Piece, it should be cleansed with a Non-Sulfate Shampoo & Conditioner.

The hair should be shampooed gently and conditioned, then rinsed with cold water.

Towel blot hair, let air dry.

You can also use ReChic Hair setting foam to set your wig and finish with ReChic Hair serum and style.

 

FOR BOOKING HAIR APPOINTMENTS

• NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 ARE ALLOWED IN SALON SUITE UNLESS BEING SERVICED

• NO EXTRA PEOPLE IN SALON SUITE DURING YOUR SERVICE
