Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ReChic Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom wig processing times vary between 5–10 business days once the order has been purchased and all customization details have been finalized.

Pre-made, ready-to-wear wigs typically process within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS.

Once packages have been accepted by USPS, ReChic Hair is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or transit damages beyond our control.

Customers should contact USPS directly using the provided tracking number to resolve shipping-related issues once the package is in transit.
